Depression can be an addiction, equally hard to break out of as any other vice. Loren Kleinman struggled with chronic depression for years. At one point as she envisioned the world without her. That’s when she realized her issues weren’t seasonal, or just a phase. She knew she had to change, and on our show, she tells us exactly what she did, and still does.
